Bathroom Sustainability: Being Cleaner and Greener
Everything today is eco-friendly, or on the verge of being eco-friendly. It's important to start living greener, and you might not know where to start. We got you covered! Switching to some cleaner cleaning products and reserving utilities may be easier than you thought.

1. LED Lights
LED lights are everywhere today, but there's very good reason as to why. LED help save money on your electrical bills, because they do not use power that is unnecessary. They only use the power they require, compared to traditional lights, which use a lot of unnecessary power and hike up your bills. LED lights do not include mercury inside the bulbs compared to regular fluorescent lights, meaning that if LEDs ever burn out, they're easy to dispose of and emit no harmful toxins. Don't wanna read all of that? here's a quick overview:
LEDs don't use unnecessary power
Saves you money on your electricity bills
Doesn't contain mercury or other harmful substances
Easy to dispose and not harmful to the earth
2. Leaky Faucets

Everyone hates a leaky faucet! They're distracting, wasting water, and could cause damage to your shower or sink. A leaky faucet can be detrimental to the environment as well, as they can waste up to 10,000 gallons per year in an average household! By fixing those leaky faucets, that means less energy goes into delivering unnecessary water that may continue to be wasted.
3. Building Resources

Looking to renovate your bathroom but want to bring a whole new vibe to it? Look no further than natural elements. There's so many things you can add to your bathroom to make it sustainable, such as:
Wood counter tops/floors
Stone or marble counter tops/floors
Bamboo or cork storage containers/mats
Recycled plastic
